Rory Hoffman

Rory Hoffman's work experience begins in 2015, where they worked at Jet.com. Their first role was as a Member Services representative, where they provided email and phone support to assist customers with their inquiries. After that, Rory worked as an Order Verification Specialist, responsible for researching and analyzing data to resume or cancel held orders. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Retail Partner Operations and Integration, where they assisted merchants with their issues and supported internal groups in resolving merchant-related problems. In 2018, Rory joined MetaSource as a Technical Services Engineer, troubleshooting and solving software issues for customers and resellers. They later progressed to the position of Sr. Technical Services Engineer at the same company, where they continued to troubleshoot software issues and executed test scripts.
