Alex Sauerman

Alex Sauerman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project planning and management. Currently serving as a Senior Planner at METC - Metallurgical Engineering Technology & Construction since May 2022, Alex previously held the position of Project Planner at DRA Global from May 2011 to April 2022. Earlier in the career, Alex worked as a Planner at GO Projects, providing project planning services to De Beers Marine, and as a Junior Engineer with ADP Group and Lycopodium. Initial roles included Autocad Drafter at Weir Envig and a Technical Intern at the South African Astronomical Observatory. Alex holds a Bachelor of Technology in Project Management and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, both from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
