Lee-Roy Pratt is a Senior Cost Engineer at METC Engineering, currently overseeing cost engineering duties on the Kipushi Mining Project and other initiatives. Previously, they served as a Senior Cost Engineer at R & R Quantity Surveyors, where they contributed to the $400 million Karo Mining Project, and worked as a Senior Project Cost Controller at Sasol for large-scale projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Cost Engineer at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd on the Kusile Power Station and project cost control at WorleyParsons. Lee-Roy holds a Programme in Purchasing & Supply Management from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting at Technikon Natal.
