Vele Mulaudzi

Vele Mulaudzi is a seasoned professional in the field of process engineering, currently serving as Lead Process Engineer at METC - Metallurgical Engineering Technology & Construction since January 2023. Previously, Vele held the position of Senior Process Engineer at SENET (Pty) Ltd from September 2010 to January 2023, focusing on process engineering design and commissioning for various projects in metals including gold, copper, cobalt, antimony, and uranium. Earlier experience includes roles as Process Engineer at TWP, where Vele contributed to several feasibility studies and process plant projects for nickel and other metals, as well as Junior Process Engineer positions at TWP Matomo Process Plant (Pty) Ltd. and Matomo Projects - Lonmin BMR, specializing in the design and commissioning of process plants for PGMs and base metals. Vele began professional career as a Metallurgist at Namzinc (Skorpionzinc), optimizing plant operations, and initially worked on commissioning at Anglo Base Metals - Skorpionzinc. Vele holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Applied Science, Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
