Yolande R. is currently the Process Designer Section Lead at METC Engineering, where they oversee the process CAD department and train new draughtspeople. Previously, Yolande served as a Senior Draughtsperson at MDM Engineering for a decade, ensuring that process drawings met design standards while managing a team. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Piping Design Trainee at RNE and a Personal Assistant at L&G Enterprises. Yolande's educational background includes completing their Matriek at Oosterland High School.
