Christopher C. S.

Christopher C. S. is a Software Engineer at METECS, specializing in the development of multibody dynamics software at the NASA Johnson Space Center since August 2020. Previously, Christopher served as a Graduate Student Researcher at The University of Iowa - College of Engineering, focusing on adaptive model order reduction in multibody dynamics code, utilizing FORTRAN, MATLAB, and ANSYS Mechanical APDL. Experience also includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Vehicle System Dynamics and Mechanical Systems Design, and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Engineering Computing. Internships at Gamma Technologies, LLC, and John Deere involved developing Fortran code for kinematics and analyzing engine components, respectively. Christopher holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
