Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dubai includes a fully equipped testing rig capable of testing firefighting pumps up to 3000 US GPM.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support through our in-house service and maintenance division, which offers annual maintenance contracts for firefighting pump systems. This includes services such as electric motor rewinding, diesel engine repair, and controller panel servicing, supported by a wide inventory of spare parts.

Our dedicated technical team is capable of responding to customer service calls anywhere within the UAE within 1 to 3 hours. Additionally, we maintain a robust global distribution network with established channel partners across multiple regions.

The core of our business revolves around the assembly of UL-certified fire pumps, which are approved by the Civil Defense authorities of the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. These pumps are manufactured by our trusted associate, EBITT in Turkey, and exclusively assembled by us in the UAE.

Our products are distributed across various international markets, including the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and South Africa.
