Apurv Bhartia

Apurv Bhartia has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Apurv is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Meter since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Cisco Meraki from 2014 to 2023, where they built the Meraki Health wireless engineering team and led various aspects of roadmap planning, feature inception, technical design/implementation, and people management. Before that, Apurv worked as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research in 2013 and 2011, and also as a Research Intern at Deutsche Telekom Labs in 2009. Apurv has also served as a Member of Technical Staff at Infinera from 2006 to 2007 and as a Software Engineer at Huawei from 2005 to 2006. Apurv started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2004 to 2005.

Apurv Bhartia pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from RV College Of Engineering. Apurv attended the institution from 2000 to 2004. Later, they furthered their studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where they completed their Ph.D. in Computer Science from 2007 to 2014.
