Marianna Mao

Marianna Mao has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Marianna started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Coach for the United States Physics Team at the American Association of Physics Teachers. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook. Following that, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California from 2017 to 2018 and later at the United States Court Of Appeals For The Fifth Circuit from 2018 to 2019. Marianna then joined Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP as an Attorney, where they defended companies like Facebook, Lyft, and Google in various legal cases involving technology and discrimination allegations. Currently, since 2022, they are working in Product Operations at Meter.

Marianna Mao received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Mathematics from Harvard University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Later, they went on to pursue their JD degree at Yale Law School from 2014 to 2017.
