MetFlux builds computational frameworks to represent human physiology in a structured and coherent manner. While modern biology generates vast amounts of data across genomics, metabolomics, microbiomics, imaging, and biomarkers, meaningful integration across these layers remains limited.
At the core of our work is the Omega Initiative, a long-term effort to create a digital blueprint of human physiology. Omega integrates curated biological knowledge, causal relationships, multi-scale organization, and computational modeling within a scalable architecture. It represents physiology as an interconnected network of pathways, regulatory feedback, and state transitions, where variability reflects underlying biological structure rather than noise.
This foundation supports two primary applications. In research and development, it enables mechanism-led reasoning, evaluation of multi-active interactions, and early risk identification. In personalization contexts, it translates multi-omics and biomarker data into pathway-level physiological insights.
Metflux operates at the intersection of systems biology, computation, and translational science to enable more informed biological decision-making. We are based out of Boston, USA and Bangalore, India.
