Duane Modeste

Duane Modeste has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Duane started their career at Repsol as an IT Support Specialist from March 2007 to March 2009. After that, they joined the Eastern Credit Union Corporative Society Ltd as a System Administrator, where they worked from June 2009 to July 2012. Following this, Duane joined Methanex Corporation and held various positions from August 2012 till now. These roles include Information Technology Administrator from August 2012 to April 2016, Application Analyst from May 2016 to December 2018, Business System Analyst from January 2019 to November 2019, and Senior Application Analyst from November 2019 to January 2022. Currently, they have taken up the role of Analytics & M365 Applications Lead at Methanex Corporation starting from November 2021.

Duane Modeste holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from The University of Trinidad and Tobago. Duane also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. In addition to their formal education, Duane has obtained various certifications, including "Managing Teams," "Managing Conflict in a Remote Work Environment," "SharePoint Online Essential Training: Beyond the Basics," "Business Analysis Foundations: Fundamentals," "Business Writing Principles," "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis," and "Workshop Facilitation" from LinkedIn. Duane has also received the "Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server 2008 Administrator" certification, as well as two "Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)" certifications.
