Winnie Lam

Winnie Lam is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and HR analytics. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Methanex Corporation since October 2017, Winnie oversees global compensation programs, including executive compensation and pension plans. Previous roles include Manager of Total Rewards & HR Analytics at ICBC for a brief period in 2017 and Manager of Total Rewards at Finning International, where responsibilities spanned global compensation strategies for executives. Winnie also held various leadership positions at Ledcor, Finning International, Xantrex Technology, Business Objects, and Kodak, demonstrating a strong background in designing and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, managing executive compensation governance, and contributing to strategic workforce planning. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia.
