Kelly C.

Kelly C. has a diverse work experience. Kelly started working at Methapharm in 2012 as the Marketing Manager and later became the Business Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2012, they also worked at BlackBerry as part of the Business Operations team for Canada and Latin America. Prior to that, Kelly worked at BDM Inc. for many years in various roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Vice President. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Directors at the Dental Industry Association of Canada, where they held positions related to regulatory affairs and marketing, including serving as the Tradeshow Chair for Technorama.

Kelly C. attended McMaster University from 2019 to 2022, focusing on Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they studied English and Science at the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2005. Kelly also pursued Office Systems Operations at Mohawk College from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their education, Kelly has obtained several certifications, including Associate Member from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2020, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification Part II and Part I from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in 2018. They also have certification as a Cosmetologist and Hairdresser from the same institution.
