Chris Vasquez is an Executive Sushi Chef with extensive experience in kitchens throughout the metro Detroit and Chicago areas. They currently serve as Chef De Cuisine at Method Co. and have previously held several prominent culinary positions, including Executive Chef at Maru Hospitality Group and Head Sushi Chef at Heirloom Hospitality. Chris holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, which they completed in 2013. Known for creating unique menus that balance modern techniques with traditional seasonal ingredients, Chris is dedicated to enhancing guests' dining experiences while continually seeking to develop new skills.
