Mike O'Shea

Mike O'Shea, CPA, is a seasoned finance and private equity executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple organizations including Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester, Method Co., and The AD Group Co., as well as being the Founder and President of FounderFES. With a robust background that includes advising Boards of Directors, leading business restructuring initiatives, and managing large investment portfolios exceeding $6.5 billion, Mike brings extensive expertise in strategic planning and analysis. An alumnus of Babson College, Mike earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude.
