Aho brings over 25 years of global fulfilment leadership experience working for midsize service providers. Playing a key role in ramping up of large offshore engineering centers of global majors, Aho has led fulfilment teams for high-expectations recruitment. Prior to MethodHub, Aho was SVP of Innova Solutions, a bay area software services company and COO of Clairvoyant Technosolutions, a Delaware based consulting services firm.

A Mechanical Engineer from Madras University and an MBA from Anna University, an avid F1 and NatGeo follower.
