Karthik Paramasivam has over six years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Karthik recently joined MethodHub as a Senior Recruiting Consultant in March 2022. Previously, they worked at SGS Technologie as a Technical Recruiter from April 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they had a role as Talent Acquisition & Partnership at Augusta HiTech Soft Solutions from September 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, Karthik worked at aptino, Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from May 2017 to August 2019. Their first professional experience in the field was as a US IT Recruiter at Vinformax from May 2016 to April 2017.

From 2012 to 2016, Karthik Paramasivam attended Anna University where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
