Osman Basheer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. osman started their career in 2015 at Al Jaber Electro Mechanical Company, where they worked as a Supervisor until April 2017. osman then transitioned to a role in Bakery Plus as a Business Development Manager (Marketing) from July 2017 to December 2018. In 2019, they joined Titan Data Solutions as a Technical Recruiter and worked there until January 2020. Following that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at TiliconVeli Tech Park from March 2020 to February 2021. Currently, Osman is working at MethodHub as a Senior Technical Recruiter, starting from March 2021.

Osman Basheer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Management from the University of Madras. osman attended the university from 2000 to 2003. Later, Osman pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Language and Literature from Annamalai University, where they enrolled from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they also obtained a Diploma of Education in Law from Annamalai University, attending from 2019 to 2020.
