Reshmaa has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in different organizations. In 2019, they worked as a Social Worker at Nahomea Almshouse Charitable Trust. Reshmaa then joined Crescent Hospital as a Human Resources Trainee in 2020. Later that year, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at AIC RAISE. In 2021, Reshmaa worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at MethodHub, where they played a crucial role in delivering software solutions and services for enterprise customers. Currently, they hold the position of a Human Resources Coordinator at MethodHub since 2023.

Reshmaa's education history includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. During this period, their field of study focused on HR. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting (BCom PA) from Rathinam College of Arts and Science from 2015 to 2018.
