Ben Brown

Ben Brown is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in recruitment and advisory services. As the Director and Co-Founder of Method Advisory since January 2024, Ben focuses on guiding businesses through transformation by aligning strategies with measurable outcomes. Co-founding Method Recruitment Group in May 2016, Ben aims to enhance the reputation of the recruitment industry. From May 2008 to April 2016, Ben served as Associate Director for IT at Robert Walters, overseeing a team of 15 consultants and managing recruitment for various IT specializations across Australia. Ben holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Plymouth and a foundational education from Churston Ferrers Grammar School.
