Sarah Avanessian is a Director of Learning and Experience with extensive background in leadership coaching, education, and writing. With 21 years as an English teacher and 18 years as an instructional coach, Sarah spent significant time at Method and played a key role in opening a groundbreaking school that embraced a competency-based learning model. Currently, Sarah designs and runs leadership training programs, creates professional learning initiatives, and engages in UX content design. Additionally, Sarah contributes as an adjunct faculty member at California Lutheran University, continuing to shape the educational landscape.
