Mike Boland

Mike Boland is an experienced professional in security and intelligence operations, currently serving as the Head of Mission Ops at Method Security since October 2025. Previously, Boland held the role of Deployment Strategist at Palantir Technologies from July 2012 to June 2023 and worked as an Intelligence Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency from February 2008 to June 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Good Harbor Security Risk Management and as a Mayoral Fellow in the Baltimore Police Department. Boland began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where Mike was a Heavy Vehicle Operator. Boland holds a Bachelor's Degree from Boston College and a Master's Degree in International Security and Political Economy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
