Josh Simmonds

Josh Simmonds is an accomplished visual effects professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Visual Effects Supervisor at Framestore since January 2022, Simmonds also holds the position of VFX Supervisor at Method Studios and Iloura, where Simmonds has worked since January 2018 and November 2004, respectively. Previous roles include CG Director at Indestructible Production Company and Senior 3D Artist at Scarlet Digital Imaging. Simmonds began a career in animation as a Senior Animator at Animal Logic and Act3 Animation, covering a span from December 2000 to November 2000. Josh Simmonds earned a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Design from Monash University between 1991 and 1993.
