Miles Vignol

Miles Vignol is a seasoned Senior FX Artist with extensive experience in visual effects, currently employed at Method Studios since September 2016. Previously, Miles held the position of FX Artist at Walt Disney Animation Studios for the project "Moana," focusing on simulation work including water, pyro, and debris simulations. At Encore VFX/Deluxe Entertainment, Miles served as a Senior FX Artist, contributing to various television productions and developing Houdini pipeline tools. Another significant role included working as a Senior FX TD at Reliance MediaWorks VFX, where contributions were made to the visual effects for "Black Sails." Earlier experience includes Senior FX TD at Rhythm & Hues, technical direction at REZN8, and partnership at Helium Productions. Miles began a career in visual effects by establishing Fathom Entertainment. Educational background includes attendance at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
