Rod Basham

Rod Basham is an accomplished Flame Artist and VFX Supervisor with extensive experience in the visual effects industry. Currently, Rod holds positions at Pariah VFX and Method Studios, both as a Flame Artist since October and May 2022 respectively. In addition, Rod has maintained a freelance role at A52 since June 2016, providing services as a Flame Artist, and has been associated with ArtClass Content as a VFX Supervisor and Flame Artist since April 2020. Rod also serves as a Freelance Flame Artist at Mr. Wolf and has been a Lead Flame Artist at S H A P E + L I G H T since September 2019. Other notable roles include VFX Supervisor and Lead Flame Artist at Electric Theatre Collective and freelance positions at Big Block and King and Country. Rod's educational background includes a brief stint at UCSB.
