Carol Rego

Carol Rego is currently the Principal and PE Industry Lead at Method. With a background in engineering and business, they have previously held roles such as Business Designer at IDEO and Director of Product Management at Red Ventures, where they drove significant product adoption and team performance. Carol's earlier experience includes serving as a lead engineer for revenue-generating products at Newell Rubbermaid and an MBA Fellow at IdeaSpace Foundation, where they advised start-ups. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
