Hayden Steffens is an experienced designer with a background in product, UX/UI, web, and communication design. Beginning as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, Hayden progressed through various roles including Shift Manager at Bean Tree Cafe and Freelance Designer. Key positions include Web Designer and Communications Designer at Red Ventures, followed by UX/UI Designer at Vessel Creative. In 2020, Hayden joined Skookum as a Product Designer I, later transitioning to Method, where responsibilities expanded to include Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer roles, focusing on design strategy, accessibility, and design systems.
