Jose Gil is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Design at Method since February 2025, and as the Owner & Creative Lead of Gil Creative LLC since May 2015, specializing in bespoke design solutions for branding, identity, and UX. Previously, Jose held the position of Head of Product Design at Stable Kernel, leading a high-performing team and advocating for principled UX/UI practices. With extensive experience across various roles, including Senior Brand Designer at Vigor and Senior Graphic/Digital Designer at Revelator Coffee Company, Jose has developed a robust skill set in user research, creative problem solving, and brand identity development. Jose earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Georgia Southern University in 2014.
