Kara Ciprich

Kara Ciprich is an experienced program and product manager with a diverse background in both non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Method since March 2025, Kara previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at GovCIO from September 2022 to 2025. As a co-founder and director of Trilogy Twirl Club, a non-profit organization, Kara fostered a supportive environment for youth engagement in a unique sport. Kara’s previous roles include Product Manager at Science Systems and Applications, Inc., where expertise was applied in developing an electronic procurement system, as well as Product Owner and Program Manager at i360technologies, Inc., contributing to the CDFI Fund for the Department of Treasury. Early career experience encompasses technical business analysis at Kearney & Company and administrative support at John Staurulakis, Inc. Education includes attendance at the University of Maryland, Frostburg State University, and Anne Arundel Community College.
