Khala Johnson

Khala Johnson is an experienced recruiting and academic counseling professional with a diverse background in higher education and recruitment. Currently serving as Associate Director of Recruiting at Method since May 2021, Khala transitioned from Skookum, a GlobalLogic company, where the role as Recruiting Manager was held from August 2018 to May 2021. Previous experience includes significant roles at Johnson & Wales University from January 2011 to August 2018, including Student Academic Counselor and Financial Planning Counselor, advising a large pool of students on academic and financial matters. Additional career experience includes positions as Financial Aid Advisor at Bryant & Stratton College and Professional Services Recruiter at Aerotek. Khala holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Keuka College.
