Lye Lawrence

Lye Lawrence is an Associate Director of Product Design at Method, where they provide leadership in digital product design, branding, and accessibility. Previously, Lye served as Creative Director at enCOMPASS Advertising Agency, receiving over 55 international awards for their custom web designs. Lye's early career included roles as Lead Designer at Catherine J. Smith Gallery and Print Designer for the YMCA of NWNC, where they contributed to significant rebranding efforts. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Appalachian State University.
