Tynisha L. Bowen

Tynisha L. Bowen, Ph.D., is a dynamic change management professional with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant for Method and as a Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, Tynisha has accumulated a wealth of experience in organizational change management and program development. Previously, they held roles as a Professional School Counselor in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Tynisha also contributed to the field as a State Conference Presenter for the North Carolina School Counselors Association and gained foundational experience as a Social Work Intern at Fresno Unified School District.
