Harsh Patel has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer success, application support, data center management, and IT helpdesk.

Starting in 2014, Patel worked as an IT Helpdesk specialist at Seneca College, where they provided assistance to clients and collaborated with peers to resolve complex issues.

In 2016, Patel joined IBM as a Data Center Technician II, where they were responsible for server provisioning, networking equipment deployment, and resolving hardware issues for customers.

From 2017, Patel joined Method:CRM as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked with senior executives to onboard and execute software implementations. Harsh also provided product training and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop upgraded CRM solutions.

Within Method:CRM, Patel also held the role of Application Specialist, where they acted as a second level support system for the Method Community and answered questions through various channels.

Harsh Patel completed an Associate's degree in Real Estate Education at Humber College from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Graphics and Web Design/Development (Internship) at the Canadian College of Business, Science & Technology from 2019 to 2020. Harsh also holds an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology - Co-op from Seneca College, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their education, Harsh Patel has obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate and Cloud Practitioner certifications from Udemy, The Complete Financial Analyst Course - 2020 certification from Udemy, Agile Project Management certification from Udemy, QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification from Intuit, and CCNA Routing and Switching certification from Cisco.
