Karman Kaur has extensive work experience in customer service and customer success roles. Karman began their career at Pillar Security Inc as a Concierge from September 2018 to September 2019. Karman then joined Tribe Chocolate as a Project Management Coordinator Intern from May 2019 to September 2019. In September 2019, they started working at Method:CRM as a Customer Success Rep, a position they held until June 2021. Karman was then promoted to Senior Customer Success Representative and worked in this role until August 2022. Currently, Karman Kaur is serving as the Customer Service Representative Team Lead at Method:CRM, starting in July 2022.
