Michael Melo

Michael Melo has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and consulting. Michael has been working at Method:CRM since 2010 and currently holds the position of Director of Product. Prior to this, they served as Lead Product Manager and Product Manager at the same company. Additionally, they worked as a Manager - Consulting, where they delivered projects to over 300 unique SMBs across various industries and locations, providing business process recommendations and application design changes. Michael also worked at Product School as a Community Organizer in Toronto, where they helped provide certified courses in product management. Before that, they worked as a Support Officer at Alocet Inc. Michael has a strong background in product management, consulting, and support.

Prior to that, in 2019, they pursued Product Management at General Assembly Canada. Going further back, from 2004 to 2008, Michael Melo attended Seneca College and obtained a CPA degree in Computer Programming and Analysis.
