Mikaela Pavon has a diverse work experience. Mikaela started their career as an Executive Assistant at DIAYESFRANK from March 2014 to June 2016. Following this, they worked as a Project Assistant at BanEcuador B.P. from December 2017 to March 2018, where they were responsible for administrative processes and customer service. After that, Mikaela joined Nestlé as an Administrative Assistant from June 2019 to December 2020. Mikaela then moved to DIAYESFRANK again and served as a Retail Salesworker from January 2021 to August 2021. Mikaela further gained experience in the role of Sales Associate and Digital Marketing Intern at adidas from September 2021 to November 2022 and April 2022 to September 2022, respectively. Currently, Mikaela is employed at Method:CRM as a Customer Success Manager starting from January 2023.

Mikaela Pavon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, graduating in 2019. Additionally, Mikaela completed the Smartsheet Essential Training course from LinkedIn in 2022. In 2023, they obtained a QuickBooks Certification from QuickBooks Online Professional. Mikaela also received a Verified International Academic Qualifications certificate from World Education Services in 2022 and completed the Giving Your Elevator Pitch course from LinkedIn in 2021.
