Anwar Nagah

Anwar Nagah is an Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain professional with a Master's degree in Operations Management & Supply Chain from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, graduated with Excellent Honors and a GPA of 3.90. They have held various engineering and management roles, including their current position as Operational Excellence Leader at Methode Electronics since 2024, where they focus on cost-saving and continuous improvement projects. Previously, Anwar served as Continuous Improvement Manager at Unionaire Group Technology, achieving significant productivity enhancements through Lean principles. Their experience also includes roles such as Senior Production Engineer, Plant Production Manager, and Mechanical Design Section Head across multiple companies. Anwar is currently pursuing a Doctor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology.
