Jon DeGaynor

Jon DeGaynor is a global business transformation leader who currently serves as President and CEO of Methode Electronics (2024–Present). They lead strategy to drive growth and oversee ongoing board and advisory engagements with Racing and Performance Inc., Brandmotion, Spring Arbor Group, and the Mack Institute for Innovation Management (2023–Present). From 2015 to 2023, they were President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors at Stoneridge, Inc., where they led a transformation from a “build to print” manufacturing organization to a $950M+ global electrical engineering design and manufacturing company. Their earlier roles include Vice President, Business Development & Strategy | Managing Director, Asia at SRG Global (2008–2014) and positions at Guardian Industries, Delphi, and Autocam Corporation. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
