Rick Varga (MBA, CPA) is currently the Head of Audit at PFX Group and has extensive experience in internal audit, SOX compliance, and enterprise risk management. Having held leadership roles such as Director of Finance Policy and Control at CNH Industrial and Vice President, Internal Audit at SP+, Rick transformed internal audit functions and compliance programs for various corporations, significantly enhancing efficiency and risk management processes. With a background at KPMG Advisory and as an Independent Advisor for a pre-IPO pharmaceutical company, Rick also led significant projects focused on control documentation and governance frameworks. Rick is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Illinois State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
