Manoj Kumar Pradhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development engineering, particularly in the automotive and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Research & Development Engineering Manager and Business Development Manager at Methodica Technologies since April 2022, Manoj focuses on autonomous vehicles and related technologies, overseeing technology roadmaps and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Engineer at VisionOnChip, where Manoj developed applications for autonomous vehicle products and handled international business, as well as significant contributions at Neosem Technology Inc. in semiconductor R&D, and various engineering positions at SK C&C and A1 Technology Inc. Manoj holds a Master of Computer Applications from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Sambalpur University.
