Allan Akinradewo

Allan Akinradewo, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and staffing. Allan is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Methodist Health System. Prior to this role, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Children's Health from 2019 to 2022. Before that, Allan served as the Talent Acquisition Supervisor - Nursing (North Texas) and later as the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2016 to 2019. Allan also worked as a Recruiter at Cross Country Healthcare in 2016 and as a Corporate Recruiter at The Waters Senior Living from 2015 to 2016. Allan began their career as a Staffing Branch Manager at Northland Staffing from 2013 to 2015, and earlier as a Staffing Manager at Browncross Healthcare from 2006 to 2012.

Allan Akinradewo, MBA, PHR completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Gloucestershire from 2012 to 2013. Allan also obtained a Prince 2 certification in Project Management from ILX in 2012. Prior to these, Allan pursued Business Management at the London Academy of Management Sciences and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies & Diplomacy from the University of Benin.
