Chandra Kunavarapu

Chandra Kunavarapu, MD FACC, serves as the Medical Director of Advanced Cardiopulmonary Therapies and Transplantation at the Methodist Heart and Lung Institute. They have held the position of Clinical Professor at UT Health San Antonio since 2012 and previously worked as an Assistant Professor and Medical Director of Heart Failure and Transplant at the Medical College of Georgia from 2006 to 2009. Chandra completed a Cardiology Fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center from 2003 to 2006 and was a Heart Failure and Heart Transplant Fellow at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University from 2002 to 2003.
