Jazmin Brito

Jazmin Brito is currently a Family Medicine Resident at Methodist Health System, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Scribe at Texas Center for Urology, where responsibilities involved documenting patient encounters and translating between Spanish and English. Jazmin also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at UNT Health Science Center, focusing on data management and reporting. Additionally, experience as an Emergency Department Scribe at Methodist Health System entailed fast-paced documentation of patient care in the emergency setting. Jazmin holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of the Incarnate Word, a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Baylor University.
