Jerry Shaw has over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of orthopedics and healthcare. Jerry served in the U.S. Army from April 1978 to August 1998, assuming roles such as Director of a Large Orthopedic Clinic and acting as an orthopedic consultant for eleven nations in the Middle East. Following military service, Jerry worked at Medtronic Spine & Biologics (2005-2010) as an instructor, teaching sales representatives and surgeons on instrument use and implant techniques. Additionally, Jerry has held various roles including Physician Assistant at Memphis Orthopaedic Group (2007-2014) and Sports Orthopedic and Spine (1998-2005), providing comprehensive orthopedic care. Currently, Jerry serves as a Reserve Police Officer with the Germantown Police Department since May 2014 and as a Physician Analyst at Methodist Health System, focusing on training physicians in electronic medical records. Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Bethel College, completed in 2003.
