Laurel Faciane

Laurel Faciane serves as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Methodist Health System since January 2022. Previously, Laurel held various legal positions at Galderma Laboratories, L.P. from 2010 to January 2022, including Senior Associate General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel, providing comprehensive legal counsel on employment and regulatory issues while managing a legal team. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CBCA Administrators, Inc., overseeing legal and compliance matters, and managing litigation and commercial transactions. Laurel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Master's in Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
