Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Methodist Health System, starting in December 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Associate at Burford & Ryburn, L.L.P. from February 2015 to December 2022, primarily focusing on civil and commercial litigation, specifically in medical malpractice and professional liability defense. Earlier experience includes an Attorney position at Basden & Ivie, A Professional Corporation, from August 2011 to February 2015, where Michael handled a range of matters including commercial litigation and real estate transactions, while also chairing the non-profits committee and providing counsel to non-profit organizations. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law (2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management (2008).
