Nancy Ackerman

Nancy Ackerman is a seasoned professional in health informatics, currently serving as the Health Informatics Team Lead at Methodist Health System since August 2013. In this role, Nancy leads the Epic HIM, Care Everywhere, Grand Central, and Prelude teams and functions as the 3M 360 Administrator. With prior experience as a Senior Epic HIM and Care Everywhere Analyst, Nancy has effectively managed applications, ensured efficient customer service, and implemented various critical projects, including the 2015 system go-live for HIM and Identity Applications. Nancy holds multiple certifications in health information management and has a strong background in applications support across various health systems, complementing a solid educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Health & Human Services Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from St. Cloud State University.
