Richard Collier

Richard Collier is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse career spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Police Officer with Methodist Health System since April 2019, Richard previously held the position of Law Enforcement Sales Representative at Sellmark from February 2017 to April 2019. Richard's extensive background includes serving as Chief of Police, along with various ranks such as Police Lieutenant, Sergeant, and Corporal at Cedar Hill ISD from July 2004 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a Police Officer at Mansfield ISD from June 2000 to June 2004 and at Parkland Hospital from October 1999 to June 2000. Richard earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2015.
