Rosemary Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rosemary started their career as a Software Engineer at Micromuse (Now IBM) in 1994 and later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer at International Network Services (Now Lucent Professional Services) in 1995. Rosemary then returned to Micromuse as a Product Manager from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, they became the Director of Business Development at Micromuse (Now IBM) and held the position until 2001.

In 2006, Rosemary joined Baylor University Medical Center as an RN, specializing in Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant. Rosemary later became a Clinical Informatics Nurse, focusing on Oncology from 2010 to 2011.

Since 2011, Rosemary has been working at Methodist Health System. Rosemary started as an Oncology RN and gradually moved up the ladder. Rosemary held the position of Project Leader for Clinical Applications from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they became a Senior Health Informaticist, Epic Clindoc Application Coordinator, Health Informatics from 2017 to 2020. Rosemary then served as the Senior Health Informaticists, Team Lead Clinical Decision Support from 2020 to 2022, and their current role is Director of Health Informatics, Clinical Decision Support, and Orders, starting in April 2022.

Rosemary Hill has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Baylor University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Rosemary also holds a Master of Science in Management & Administrative Sciences, Telecommunications from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. In addition, Rosemary has a Bachelor of Science in Business & Administration, Computer & Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Rosemary has also obtained certifications in Epic Clindoc and Epic Orders from Epic, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare from Six Sigma Online and Aveta Business Institute.
