Staci Orr

Staci Orr is an experienced chaplain currently serving at Methodist Health System since January 2021, with additional responsibilities as a PRN chaplain. Prior to this, Staci worked as a temp associate at Walmart, managing stock in the meat and produce departments, and gained valuable experience as a Chaplain Resident at Texas Health Resources, providing pastoral care in a high-pressure emergency room setting and responding to trauma and end-of-life situations. Staci also directed youth ministry at First United Methodist Church, shifting the program focus to community engagement while supporting worship activities and mission trips. Earlier professional experiences include roles as a cashier at Petco, a chaplain intern at Baylor Scott & White Health, and multiple student worker positions at Bridwell Library and Althshuler Learning Center. Staci holds a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of North Texas.
